People look so different when they are not in their gym clothes

More people are going to be coming back to practice next week. Midterms kill, but hey, you really got to plan ahead. I myself will officially be done with midterms two weeks from now. I have been taking midterms since week 3 of school. And I’ve never missed a single practice since I paid. Frankly, every time I think about all the other things I could be doing with $2, I’m like ah gotta go to practice. In turn, I plan everything ahead. I think about the time and conversions. I know I can’t study for more than 90 minutes in one sitting, so instead of wasting time on Facebook or Candy Crush, I might as well go for a good workout.

I’m starting to think there is NO EXCUSE to not work out. Though people say working out is a choice of life, I feel like it really needs to be mandated and executed. It’s so hard to be in shape and keep in shape, especially since everyone tends to spoil him/herself. It is only the threshold of getting out of your house and into your work out clothes that is difficult. Once you start working, sweating, and feeling that muscle burn, you immediately get addicted to that feeling. Now that the quarter is almost over, I’ve gotten into the mentality to think that there is no excuse to not come to practice. You know the routine, and you know your body’s capabilities. I don’t know, I get pretty passionate and devoted to spots. Maybe that was why I got in so much trouble with the girls in high school (and I’m not apologizing for racing ahead in everything). But seriously, “hard work, dedication” is our motto. Come on guys, pick up that slack. I hate gender differentiation, but don’t let a girl surpass you.
